What information we collect

  • Enquiry / contact form data: name, email address, phone number, area of law, and the content of your message, when you submit our contact form.
  • Client / matter data: if you instruct us, we collect the personal and case-related information necessary to provide legal services, in line with our professional obligations.
  • Technical data: limited technical information (such as browser type and general usage patterns) may be collected automatically, only where you have consented to non-essential cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through this website.
  • To provide, manage, and administer legal services to clients who formally instruct us.
  • To comply with our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations, including anti-money laundering requirements.

Legal basis for processing

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients. We process client data on the basis of contract performance and compliance with our legal obligations as a regulated solicitor.
