Browsing this website or submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not, by itself, create a solicitor-client relationship. A solicitor-client relationship is only formed once Oak Legal has confirmed acceptance of your instructions in writing, typically by way of a formal letter of engagement.

Oak Legal is regulated by the Law Society of Ireland. Jason Burke practises as a solicitor in accordance with the Solicitors Acts 1954–2015 and the Solicitors Accounts Regulations.
