Questions clients often ask
Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes. Your first consultation is free, confidential, and carries no obligation. It’s a chance to explain your situation and get a straight answer on how we can help.
Will I deal directly with a solicitor?
Always. As a sole practitioner firm, every matter is handled personally by Jason Burke from start to finish — no hand-offs to junior staff and no chasing for updates.
How much will my case cost?
We provide clear, transparent fees from the outset. For many services, such as conveyancing and standard incorporations, we offer fixed-fee packages so you know the cost before we begin.
Do I have to visit your office in Greystones?
No. While we’re based at 46 Burnaby Heights, Greystones, Co. Wicklow (A63 HD42), we act for clients across Ireland and offer phone and video consultations. Home visits can be arranged for wills and probate where needed.
Is there a time limit on my claim?
Often, yes. Personal injury and employment claims in particular carry strict deadlines. If you think you may have a claim, it’s best to contact us promptly so nothing is lost to a time limit.
